    The dynamic creation of statements is locked because a software update
    with Zero Downtime Option (ZDO) is running in parallel. For this reason,
    it is also not possible to manage or translate statements.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    During the upgrade, the system locks database tables so changes to the
    statements cannot be stored.
