    You want to transfer the text '&V4&' of phrase &V1& from characteristic
    &V2& in the description field of table &V3&.
    However, the system checked the table and found that the descriptions
    exists already in the table in one of the language, in which you
    transferred the phrase text. Note that the system check is
    case-insensitive.
    <ZH>Note: </>If the phrase text is longer than 50 characters, it is
    truncated. For the complete text, see the phrase in the specification
    database.

    The system prevents you from adding a duplicate entry.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the phrase texts in characteristic &V2& in the specification
    database of the <LS>SAP EHS Management </>as part of <LS>SAP ERP</>
    system or the <LS>Product Safety </>as part of <LS>SAP S/4HANA </>system
    and merge the phases with the same text to one phrase.
    Start the phrase transfer again.
