CM_EHENV_SCEN028
- Cannot remove paragraph; either it has env. limits, or equations in use ?The SAP error message CM_EHENV_SCEN028 indicates that you are trying to remove a paragraph from a scenario in the SAP Environment Management (EH) module, but the system is preventing this action because the paragraph has environmental limits or equations associated with it.
Cause:
Environmental Limits: The paragraph you are trying to remove may have specific environmental limits defined that are still in use. These limits are often tied to the calculations or scenarios that depend on the data in that paragraph.
Equations in Use: If there are equations that reference the paragraph, the system will not allow you to delete it until those references are removed or modified.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can follow these steps:
Check for Environmental Limits:
- Navigate to the paragraph in question and review any environmental limits that are associated with it.
- If there are limits, you will need to either remove them or modify them so that they no longer reference the paragraph you want to delete.
Check for Equations:
- Look for any equations that are using the paragraph. This can typically be done by reviewing the equations in the scenario or model.
- If you find any equations that reference the paragraph, you will need to either delete those equations or modify them to remove the dependency on the paragraph.
Remove Dependencies:
- Once you have removed all environmental limits and equations that reference the paragraph, you should be able to delete the paragraph without encountering the error.
Consult Documentation:
- If you are unsure about how to find or modify environmental limits or equations, refer to the SAP documentation or help resources specific to the EH module for guidance.
Testing:
- After making the necessary changes, attempt to remove the paragraph again to ensure that the error has been resolved.
