    What causes this issue?

You have maintained values with several numerical characteristics in
specification &V1& in the value assignment instance with the sort order
&V3& (name of value assignment type &V2&). The corresponding ESComXML
attribute &V4& can only consist of exactly one value. For this reason,
only one numerical value is considered and transferred to the ESComXML

    System Response

Generation of the ESComXML file is not canceled. However, the system
only considers one numerical characteristic value. All other numeric
characteristic values are ignored during the generation of the ESComXML
    file.

    How to fix this error?

Check the specification &V1&, and make sure that exactly one numerical
value is assigned to the value assignment instance with the sort
sequence &V3& (value assignement type name &V2&).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
