    The RFC destination has not been defined.

    Gateway (component SAP_GWFND) installed.

    How to fix this error?

    If the RFC connection does not exist yet, define it in <LS>Configuration
    of RFC Connections</> (transaction SM59), and then specify this RFC
    destination for the <LS>PIMSERVICEPROVIDER/RFCDESTINATION</> parameter.
    You specify this parameter in Customizing for <LS>Cross-Application
    Components</> under <LS>Processes and Tools for Enterprise Applications
    -> Define Parameter Values for PIM API</>.
