If you do not deal with explosive storage locations, you can deactivate
the compliance check in the following Customizing activity:
Choose Explosives Management for SCM Extended Warehouse Management >
Define Compliance Check Control for Warehouse.
Deselect "Object Active" for the required object types to deactivate the
checks.
