You can only deactivate the WIP revaluation if closing entries have
been made for all materials and activities for which WIp quantities
were determined in the settlement period. This could result in the WIP
layer information for the materials and activities being inconsistent,
or inconsistent valued could remain in the WIP accounts or the price
different accounts.

How to fix this error?

Start transaction CKMLWIPDEACT in your productive system. This
transaction checks whether any open materials or activities exist.
If open materials or activities exist, complete the period end closing
activities for these materials/activities in the material. Once the
closing entries have been made for all materials/activities you will be
able to deactivate WIP revaluation.
