You can only execute the archiving process for records that have one of
the following statuses:
BA - Asset clearing - End of appropriation period
OT - Other exits of fixed assets
CA - Cancelled
PE - Perishing, loss or deterioration
AT - Conveyance or transference (not in transit)

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
