  • Message class: CI - Plant maintenance task list messages

  • Message text: Group counter & deleted

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have selected <LS>Edit -> Delete</> in the task list overview for
    <DS:GLOS.maintenance_task_list>maintenance task lists</>.

    System Response

When you perform this function, the system sets a deletion indicator in
the task list header, and the group counter is logically deleted. This
means that it no longer appears in the task list overview, and can no
longer be assigned to an object (for example, a
    <DS:GLOS.maintenance_order>maintenance order</> or a
    <DS:GLOS.maintenance_item>maintenance item</>). You cannot reverse
    deletion indicators.
A group counter with a deletion indicator is only physically deleted by
an archiving program. You can use this program, for example, to delete
all group counters with deletion indicators from the database.

    How to fix this error?

First, choose <LS>Continue</> to get rid of the dialog box.
If you do not want the delete the group counter, leave the overview
    without saving the changes.
As an alternative to the function <LS>Edit -> Delete</>, you can select
the field <LS>Deletion flag</> in the task list header. It is possible
to remove a deletion flag where necessary.
