  • What causes this issue?

You want to delete a <GL:production_resource/tool>production
resource/tool</>. However, the production resource/tool is used in at
    least one <GL:standard_task_list>task list</> or <GL:work_order>work
order</>. Therefore, it cannot be deleted.

    How to fix this error?

You can set the deletion flag for the production resource/tool. As a
result, the production resource/tool cannot be reassigned to task lists
    or work orders.
You can see where the production resource/tool is used by means of a
where-used list. The log of the where-used list displays the task lists
    planned to be reorganized.
In the next reorganization run, the production resource/tool is deleted
if it is no longer used in a task list or work order.
