    How to fix this error?

    If you are on the screen for assigning characteristic values assign a
    value to the characteristic &V1& so that is corresponds to the
    inspection rule &V3&.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    If you are on the "Method Result" screen the value of the characteristic
    &V1& as calculated in the method &V4& was used for further calculations.
    Check the result and assign a value to the characteristic again, if
    necessary.
