Message number: 107
Message text: Search sequence will take effect once parameter &1 has been activated
You want to view files assigned to documents in CAD desktop. You have
defined the valid applications for viewing the files for each document
type as well as the ranking of each application in the search sequence.
However, the parameter &V1& is not active for the user group you are
working with.
The settings you made in the Customizing step <ZK>Define Search Sequence
for Viewable Files</> were saved. Since the system only shows the <PF>
View Assigned Files</> pushbutton in CAD desktop if parameter &V1& is
set to 'X' for the relevant user group, it is currently not possible for
users of this user group to view files directly in CAD desktop. The
search sequence you defined for the applications takes effect once the
function for viewing the assigned files directly in CAD desktop has been
activated.
Check if parameter &V1& has been set for the relevant CAD system and
current user group. Set the parameter to 'X' to enable users of the
current user group to view assigned files in CAD desktop without having
to navigate to the document info record.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
