Message type: E = Error
Message class: CCSEQ - Change sequence graph
Message number: 071
Message text: The validity period for user &1 was exceeded: No workflow
User &V1& has caused a cycle and must be notified via workflow.
The system does not generate a workflow because the validity period for
the user's logon was exceeded.
Check if the valid to date is correct for the logon data, and extend the
validity period, if necessary.
If you do not want to change the validity period, a user with sufficient
authorization can also remove the cycle.
You can display the cycle using transaction CCSEQ_CYCLE. To do so, enter
&V1& in the <LS>user</> selection field, and activate the selection
restriction <LS>Only as Person Responsible</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

CCSEQ071
- The validity period for user &1 was exceeded: No workflow ?The SAP error message CCSEQ071 indicates that the validity period for a user (identified by &1) has been exceeded, and as a result, no workflow can be processed for that user. This error typically arises in the context of SAP's workflow management system, particularly when dealing with user assignments and their validity periods.
Cause: User Validity Period: Each user in SAP can have a defined validity period during which they are authorized to perform certain actions or participate in workflows. If the current date falls outside this validity period, the system will not allow the workflow to proceed for that user. User Status: The user may be inactive or have been deactivated in the system, which can also lead to this error. Workflow Configuration: There may be issues with the workflow configuration itself, such as incorrect assignment of users or roles.
Solution: Check User Validity: Go to the user management transaction (e.g., SU01) and check the validity
