You can use this monitoring entry to monitor XI messages with the status
<ZK>Application Error</>.
Alerts are triggered if the messages have this status for longer than
a certain period of time. The default value for this period is 7 days.
You can use transaction SXMB_ADM to change this value. To do this,
choose <ZK>Configure Integration Engine</> from the <ZK>Configuration</>
menu. Choose the button <ZK>Change Specific Configuration</> to add
the parameter CCMS_APPLERROR_ALERT_AGE to the category MONITOR and set
the current value to the desired number of days. This change affects
only the monitoring of meessages that are processed in this system
and in this client.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can use the analysis method for the monitoring entry or one of its
alerts (double click the node or an alert in the Alert List) to
display the messages that triggered the alerts. You can analyze the
reason for the application error in more detail here, and, after
correcting the errors, release the messages for processing again.
