Message text: You cannot enter a change leader here
The error occurred for one of the following reasons:
You want to make a change using engineering change management. You have
entered the change number for a leading change master record. However,

data inconsistency.
The system does allow the change to be made or the components/
operations to be determined.
Proceed as follows:
If the error occurred during a change using engineering change
management, use the change number for a change package or change master
record without change hierarchy.
If the error occurred during determination of the components in a BOM
or the operations in a routing, inform your system administrator. If
the error cannot be corrected, contact the SAP hotline directly.
