    have not yet defined the effectivity in the change master record.

    System Response

    The system does not allow you to set the <LS>Approve request</> system
    status.

    How to fix this error?

    You define the effectivity as follows:
    Close the <LS>Status</> dialog box.
    Choose <LS>Effectivity</>.
    The <LS>Effectivity</> dialog box appears.
    Maintain the effectivity parameters in the table and return to the
    <LS>Status</> dialog box.
    Now you can set the <LS>Approve request</> system status.
