    This is not possible, as revision level &V1& has already been assigned
    to the document.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to assign the next available revision level to the
    document, do not enter a value in the <LS>Revision level</> field. The
    system determines the next available revision level from settings in
    Customizing.
    If you want to check the revision levels and change masters, starting
    from the engineering change management menu, choose menu path
    <LS>Revision level -> Document rev. level -> Display</>.
