    Your user profile contains details of all the transactions you are
    allowed to carry out. Authorization is defined further by combining
    field values for the authorization group.
    The change master you want to edit does not fall within the value range
    recorded in your user profile for the chosen transaction.

    How to fix this error?

    Consult your system manager responsible for allocating authorizations:
    the value range in your user profile may need to be changed.
    If your user profile is not to be changed, inform your system manager
    for engineering change management.
