  • What causes this issue?

Within PP-PI (production planning - process industries), Customizing
settings have been copied to new tables using the XPRA program
<DS:RE.RCOCBX01>RCOCBX01</>. The program detected the following
inconsistencies in client &V2& plant &V3&:
According to table TC50E, a characteristic with the internal number
&V1& is assigned to the process message or process instruction category
&V4&. However, this internal number was not found in the system.

    System Response

The setting has not been copied to the new table TC50C, that is, the
characteristic is not assigned to the process message or process
instruction category. In case this characteristic had
destination-specific target fields allocated to it (table TC50A), these
have not been transported to table TC50P either.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
After the upgrade has been completed, check the allocation of
characteristics to process message or process instruction category &V4&
in client &V2&, plant &V3& (Customizing activity <LS>Set up process
message categories</> or <LS>Set up process instruction categories</>).
If you need the characteristic that is missing, proceed as follows:
    RESET N2
Create the characteristic (Customizing activity <LS>Define
characteristics for process messages</> or <LS>Define characteristics
    for process instructions</>).
Assign the new characteristic to the process message or process
instruction category (Customizing activity <LS>Set up process message
    categories</> or <LS>Set up process instruction categories</>.
If &V4& is a process message, check whether the characteristic must be
assigned to destination-specific target fields. Make the necessary
assignments if required (Customizing activity <LS>Set up process
    message categories.</>).
    &NOTE&
To access the Customizing activities, choose the function <LS>Maintain
    entries</>.
