Message type: E = Error
Message class: CB - PP-PI-PMA: Dialog Messages for Process Management
Message number: 384
Message text: No inspection characteristics maintained for the phase
The process message is transferred to QM because one of the following
settings have been made:
The master recipe specifies that partial lots or batches are assigned
in QM (see QM data for the recipe header, <LS>Partial-lot assign.</>
field.
The master recipe specifies that inspection point quantities are
recorded in QM (see QM data for the operation/phase,
<LS>Insp.pointCompletion</> field).
You have, however, not assigned inspection characteristics to the
operation or phase, that is, no inspection is planned. For this reason,
the reported quantity cannot be assigned to an inspection point in QM.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Depending on your requirements, proceed as follows:
If you want to transfer the quantity to QM and assign it to a partial
lot or batch there, create an unplanned inspection characteristic for
the operation or phase in the process order.
When recording the results for this characteristic, the quantity can be
assigned to an inspection point.
If you do not need the quantity in QM, post the goods receipt directly
to inventory management.
<ZH>Note:</>
To avoid this error in other process orders, we recommend correcting
the error in the master recipes.
