What causes this issue?

The system was instructed to use tool function &SYST-MSGV1& of the
standard delivery of the logical service for creating settlement
schedules. However the tool function identified an invalid call. At
least one of the following required parameters was not transferred:
<ZK>calendar, time unit of settlement schedule period, number of time
units per settlement schedule period, settlement schedule start </>or
<ZK>settlement schedule end.</>

How to fix this error?

Check that the configuration of the object-dependent parameters of the
settlement schedule rule used is complete. The information required is
the <ZK>time unit of the settlement schedule period</>, the <ZK>number
of time units per settlement schedule period</> and either the
<ZK>number of settlement schedule periods</> or the date field for the
<ZK>end of the settlement schedule horizon</>. If both the number of
settlement schedule periods and the date field for the end of the
settlement schedule horizon are missing, the settlement schedule horizon
cannot be set. Remuneration scheduling is not defined in this case. If
both are specified, the date field for the end of the settlement
schedule horizon has priority over the statistical entry quantifying the
number of settlement schedule periods.
If the problem occurs although the settlement schedule rule has been cor
rectly configured, contact your system administrator for an analysis and
solution of the problem.
