  • What causes this issue?

    Since customers can add their own rule characteristics in standard
    contract editing, table TCACS_SC_UI_ADM is where you store entry-point
    and exit events for each agreement type.
    These events <ZH>must</> have the same names as the events used in the
    <ZK>Floor Plan Manager (FPM)</>.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can edit events in Customizing for <ZK>Incentive and Commission
    Management</> <ZK>(ICM)</> under <ZK>Basic and Master Data</> -> <ZK>
    Standard Commission Contract</> -> <ZK>Assign Event for Each Agreement
    Type (Portal)</>.
