    Tool &v1& is assigned in Customizing of the logical service for
    liability (OTC03). However tool &v1& is either not defined at all or
    incompletely.

    When functions of the tool are accessed in the commission case process,
    an error message may be issued. The commission case is then set to
    pending.

    How to fix this error?

    Check that tool &v1& exists and that it is complete.
    To do so, check the Customizing settings under <ZK>Incentive and
    Commission Management -> Tools -> Logical Service: Edit Tools</>. The
    tool must have implemented the following methods at least:
    05 - Determine liability values
    (Implementing module for instance <Name of
    application>_LOSA_LIABILITY_LIFO)
    06 Adjust interrupted liability (increase)
    (Implementing module for instance <Name of
    application>_LOSA_INTERRUPT_ADJUST)
    12 Read rules
    (Implementing module for instance CACS_LOSA_R3_LIA_R_READ_DFLT)
    13 Read rule group
    (Implementing module for instance CACS_LOSA_R3_LIA_G_READ_DFLT)
    15 Edit rules
    (Implementing module for instance CACS_LOSA_R3_LIA_R_EDIT_DFLT)
