    You are using a tool of the logical service for liability (object type
    class 03) to determine which outstanding liability values to be recalled
    are to be offset with the current valuation increase. However tool &v1&
    that has been defined for liability type &v2& does not have a function
    to perform this task.

    System Response

    No outstanding liability values to be recalled are adjusted.

    How to fix this error?

    If you intend to offset the valuation increase during a liability
    interruption against the outstanding liability values, you should define
    a tool in Customizing for liability type &v2& that implements method
    &v3&.
