    You are attempting to access a decision table which has been deleted or
    marked as obsolete.

    System Response

    If a decision table has the status <ZK>Deleted</>, <ZK>Marked For
    Deletion</> or <ZK>Marked As Obsolete</>, it is no longer valid and
    cannot be accessed.

    How to fix this error?

    You can try to reactivate the decision table, or use a valid decision
    table that has been assigned through the tool level parameter of the
    object type.
