  • What causes this issue?

    You can only display data from a specific period. You maintain this
    period dependent on the organizational unit and the user group.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Check your entries on the selection screen:
    Organizational unit (for example, company code)
    Period or fiscal year
    For key date lists (open items) the key date must be in the specified
    period.
    If necessary, arrange for your system administrator to maintain the
    Customizing setting 'Periods for Authorization Check' (TA TPC6). For
    more information, see note 445148.
