What causes this issue?

The <ZH>Restrictable</> indicator can only be set for multiple-value
characteristics in the Sales Configuration Engine (SCE) environment.
Certain switches must be set for your user before you can do this, but
these switches are not set.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the <ZH>Restrictable</> indicator or select <ZH>Single value</>.
