    You have reuquest the transport of the measurement data, although the
    data has already been passed to the Service Data Control Center (SDCC)
    for transport to SAP.

    The data is not transferred to the SDCC again. The action terminates.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the transfer status in the Service Data Control Center
    (Transaction SDCC). Eliminate any errors that occur. You can set up a a
    new transfer of the measurement data in SDCC.
    If you do not have the required authorization, ask someone with the
    appropriate authorization to check the status of the transfer. This
    will usually be a system administrator.
