Message type: E = Error
Message class: BUPA_STATUS - Business Partner: Status Maintenance
Message number: 011
Message text: Status &1 deactivated and replaced by subsequent status
You have selected several user statuses, which however mutually exclude
one another because of the Customizing settings for the status profile.
The status that was selected first is created, but is later overwritten
by the second status. The first status is thus no longer active.
If you want to set the first status as active, rather than the second
status, you must select this status anew.
If you want to set both statuses simultaneously, you must adapt the
Customizing settings.
Contact your system administrator with the currently displayed status
profile.
If necessary, make the necessary settings in the Customizing for the
status profile.
To do this, choose the button <LB>Customizing</> in the <ZH>Performance
Assistant</>.

BUPA_STATUS011
- Status &1 deactivated and replaced by subsequent status ?The SAP error message BUPA_STATUS011 indicates that a business partner (BUPA) status has been deactivated and replaced by a subsequent status. This message typically arises in the context of managing business partner data in SAP, particularly when dealing with the status of business partners in the system.
Cause:
- Status Change: The primary cause of this error is that the business partner's status has been changed in the system. - Business Logic: There may be business rules or logic in place that dictate that certain statuses cannot coexist or that certain actions cannot be performed on a business partner with a specific status.
Solution:
- Check Status History: Review the status history of the business partner to understand the changes that have been made. You can do this by navigating to the business partner's details in the SAP GUI and checking the status log.
- Update References: If you are trying to perform an action that references the old status, you will need to update your process to reflect the new status of the business partner.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to the SAP documentation or your organization's internal guidelines regarding business partner status management to understand the implications of the status change.
