  • What causes this issue?

    In the execution system there is still an active package which belongs
    to another project.

    System Response

    The package cannot be deactivated automatically because it belongs to
    another project.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter project &V1& in the work center, select the step in the execution
    plan which refers to package &V2&. Then, switch the project to edit mode
    and use the small arrow icon left-hand side of the step number to open
    more details of the step. In the details there is a link 'Deactivate'
    in the status area. This deactivation will deactivate the package in
    both the control and the execution system.
    After that, you can re-try to create the package within your current
    project.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
