Message text: There is a newer version available of &1
The project template contains a portfolio item which has not the latest
version. In the portfolio there exists a newer version of &V1&.
Because there is a newer version of an item available this project
template gets status warning. This status only informs you that there is
a newer version existing. Nevertheless, this template can be used within
a project.
But take care that this project template uses an old version of a
portfolio item !
In order to use the newest version of &V1& do the following steps:
Open the project template and switch to edit mode
Remove the item '&V1&' and save
Enter the portfolio and add the item again. Thereby, automatically the
latest version is taken from the portfolio.
If the project template is already used by a project you cannot modify
the template any more. Then, you first have to create a new version of
the project template. Replace the items as described above in the new
project template version and use this template then for your future
projects.
