What causes this issue?

There is no work center project found to which the default Solution
Manager project &V1& is assigned to. When the project composer is
finished, a Solution Manager project is created and assigned to the work
center project. Currently, there is no work center project for which the
Solution Manager project &V1& has been created during composing.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
