    The job has status ?ready?. Normally, a job has this status only for a
    very short time. If a job has this status for a longer time, the
    executing batch work process did not have a database connection or the
    dispatcher could not deliver the message to execute the job to a batch
    process.

    The system tries to start the job at regular intervals.

    How to fix this error?

    If you no longer want the job to be started, you can deschedule it 30
    seconds at the earliest after it was assigned status ?ready?.
