- Input-enabledness of "&1" has been reset ?The SAP error message BRAIN_DEV033 indicates that the input-enabled status of a certain object (denoted by "&1") has been reset. This typically occurs in the context of SAP BW (Business Warehouse) or SAP Analytics, where input-enabled queries allow users to enter data directly into the query results.
Cause:
- Change in Query Definition: The input-enabled status may have been reset due to changes made in the query definition, such as modifications to the characteristics or key figures involved.

- Technical Issues: There may be underlying technical issues or bugs in the system that cause the input-enabled status to reset.
Solution:
- Check Query Definition: Review the query definition in the Query Designer to ensure that the input-enabled settings are correctly configured. Make sure that the relevant key figures and characteristics are set to allow input.
- Re-enable Input: If the input-enabled status has been reset, you can manually re-enable it in the Query Designer by selecting the appropriate key figures and setting them to input-enabled.
- Review Transport Requests: If the query was transported, check the transport logs to ensure that all necessary objects were included and that the input-enabled status was not inadvertently excluded.
- Check Authorizations: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to access and modify input-enabled queries. This may involve checking roles and profiles assigned to the user.
- System Check: If the issue persists, consider checking for any known bugs or issues in the SAP Notes related to your version of SAP BW or Analytics. Applying relevant patches or updates may resolve the issue.
