  • Show details Hide details
  • Diagnosis
The metadata for this characteristic is inconsistent. Table <(>&<)>V2<(>
&<)> is not generic; a master data read class must therefore be entered
    for this characteristic.
A master data read class should be specified for each of the following
    characteristics:
    #,,0CALMONTH
    #,,0CALMONTH2
    #,,0CALQUART1
    #,,0CALQUARTER
    #,,0CALWEEK
    #,,0CALYEAR
    #,,0CURRENCY
    #,,0FISCPER
    #,,0FISCPER3
    #,,0FISCVARNT
    #,,0FISCYEAR
    #,,0LOGSYS
    #,,0SOURSYSTEM
    #,,0UNIT
    #,,0WEEKDAY1
    #,,0RATE_TYPE
    #,,0DATE
    #,,0LANGU
These technical characteristics and time characteristics were
redelivered with new properties in SAP NetWeaver 2004s. The technical
Content is activated when the Data Warehousing Workbench is started for
the first time. If the (time) characteristic already exists in the
active version, it is not reinstalled from the technical Content.
    Procedure
#,,If the active version of the characteristic does not contain master
data, reinstall the characteristic from the Content. If required,
compare the data. Ensure that the With Master Data property is selected.
#,,The characteristic does not have a generated table; it has a
separate, delivered table (for example, unit 0CURRENCY -> table TCURC).
A corresponding master data read class must be specified in the
characteristic definition (for example, for unit 0CURRENCY -> class
CL_RSMD_RS_0CURRENCY). A master data read class is saved automatically
by XPRA RSDG_XPRA_IOBJ_TO_NW05. This XPRA is executed when you perform
an upgrade. However, it is possible that this XPRA cannot be executed
successfully. If the XPRA is not executed successfully, you can restart
    it manually.
    o,,Start transaction SE38.
o,,In the Program field, enter RSDG_XPRA_IOBJ_TO_NW05.
o,,Choose Execute to execute the program.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
