What causes this issue?

You cannot change the fields of authorization object &v1&, since
authorizations still exist for it.

System Response

You can not remove any InfoObjects from the definition of the
authorization object nor add any, since otherwise the higher-level
authorizations and profiles can no longer be interpreted by the system.
You can, however, still change for each InfoCube whether this
authorization object should be checked.

How to fix this error?

If you really want to change the authorization object, you have to first
delete the corresponding profiles from the user master records and then
the profile and authorizations for this authorization object.
Using the where-used list in the initial screen, you can determine which
users, profiles and authorizations are affected.
