You can only call up this function if you are assigned to at least one
<DS:TRAN.BORC1>profile</> or if you have defined a
<DS:TRAN.OBOR1>profile in Customizing</> for this function. Neither is
the case.

How to fix this error?

Ask your system administrator to assign you to a Customizing profile.
