is ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ.
The second character must be either one of the 26 letters of the
alphabet or a number, that is ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ1234567890.
Any other possible combinations are reserved for future enhancements
and may not be used.
