    However, this is not the case for the TOU interfaces that are assigned
    to rates &V1& and &V2& via fact group &V3&.

    System Response

    The assignment between rates &V1& and &V2& is not possible for rate
    relationship &V4&.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the interval lengths of the TOU interfaces to match the rates, or
    make different rate assignments.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
