System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct the data constellation.
Note
To change the assignment of conditional billing programs and TOU
exception programs, temporarily change the rate relationship category of
one of the rates to "Supplement".
