  • Error message for XPRA report RBDXBDLT
This XPRA transfers the contents of the TBDLI table to the TBDLT table.
These tables are used in the ALE (Application Link Enabling) component
for distributing master data objects via lists.
You can continue to work with your system if even this error does
    occur.
Hoever, if you use ALE and in particular use it to distribute master
data objects via lists, then problems may occur if you do not fix this
    error.
This XPRA can be restarted, but it is not essential that it be executed
again. The problem may also be fixed manually, for example in the case
that only a few table entries are affected.

    What causes this issue?

There is an entry in the TBDLI table that contains a reference to the
class type &v1& in the client &v2&. This entry does not exist in the
    TCLA table.
Probably the TBDLI entry is an older entry that is no longer used.

    System Response

    The entry
    &v3&
in the TBDLI table could not be transferred to the TBDLT table. The
entry was not deleted in the TBDLI table. When the XPRA is started
again then another attempt will be made to copy this entry to the TBDLT
    table.

    How to fix this error?

There are two ways of fixing this problem:
correct the Customizing and restart the XPRA
maintain the TBDLT table by hand
Option 1: Running the XPRA again
Create class type &v1& in client &v2&. The possible classification
objects are MARA for material, KNA1 for customer and LFA1 for vendor.
You can find the activity in the IMG under <zh>Cross-application
components -> Distribution (ALE) -> Distribution scenarios -> Master
data distribution -> Distribution via lists -> Maintaining class
types</>. The accompanying text includes more information on this
activity. An alternative is to use the transaction O02D.
Option 2: Maintain the TBDLT table by hand
Execute the following IMG activity: <zh>Cross-application components ->
Distribution (ALE) -> Distribution scenarios -> Master data
distribution -> Distribution via lists -> Allocate listings to the
logical system</>. The accompanying text includes more information on
this activity. An alternative is to use the transaction BD68.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message B1711 - Class type & does not exist in client & ?

The SAP error message B1711 indicates that a specific class type does not exist in the specified client. This error typically occurs when you are trying to access or manipulate a class that has not been defined or is not available in the current client environment.

    Cause:

    1. Class Not Created: The class type you are trying to access has not been created in the specified client.
    2. Client-Specific Data: SAP allows for client-specific data, meaning that certain objects (like classes) can exist in one client but not in another. If you are working in a different client than where the class was created, you will encounter this error.
    3. Transport Issues: If the class was created in a different environment (like development) and not transported to the current client (like production), it will not be available.
    4. Authorization Issues: Sometimes, the user may not have the necessary authorizations to view or access the class.

    Solution:

    1. Check Class Existence: Verify if the class type exists in the specified client. You can do this by navigating to the relevant transaction (like SE24 for class definitions) and checking if the class is listed.
    2. Create the Class: If the class does not exist, you may need to create it in the current client or transport it from another client where it exists.
    3. Transport the Class: If the class was created in a different client, ensure that it is properly transported to the current client using the transport management system.
    4. Check Authorizations: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to access the class. You may need to consult with your SAP security team to verify this.
    5. Client Settings: Make sure you are working in the correct client. You can check the client number in the SAP GUI.

    Related Information:

    • Transaction Codes:
      • SE24: Class Builder
