  • What causes this issue?

    During segment filtering in the ALE layer, a segment of type &v1& was
    supposed to be filtered from an IDoc with message type &v2&. However,
    this is not possible as the segment is marked as mandatory in the IDoc
    type. Mandatory segments contain essential IDoc information and cannot
    be left out.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the configurations for the segment filter in ALE Customizing, or
    use transaction WE30 to check the definition of the IDoc type.
