  • What causes this issue?

    You have specified a field enhancement with a dropdown list.
    However, the length of the value codes entered for the dropdown list (
    &V3&) is shorter than the length (&V2&) that is defined for the field.
    Note that the specified field length does not affect the length of the
    description for a dropdown list item. It only controls the length of the
    value codes.
    If the field length is too long, this might waste database space and
    reduces the space available for other enhancement fields.
