What causes this issue?

The asset under construction should be settled to a cost center. You
also need a cost element for the settlement of an asset under
construction to a cost center.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In Asset Customizing, enter the cost element for the settlement of the
asset under construction in the account allocation (Chart of
accounts &v1& / account allocation &v2&).
