  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

It is recommended that you copy the configuration for long text deletion
    to the filter table (<AB>STXXFILTER</>).

    System Response

If the long text deletion configuration is saved without comparison of
the filter tables, then the previous settings for the filter table for
logging long text changes are used. In this case too many long texts
    could be logged.
Comparison of the filter table with the configuration is recommended.
If the filter table is empty (Menu: Goto -> Delete Filter Table), then
all long text changes are logged. This leads to increased data load on
the database, and to decreased performance. This setting is recommended
if you want to log all long texts.

    How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Procedure for System Administrators

After filter table comparison and saving the data, the system and all
its application servers must be restarted.
Always ensure that the target system is restarted when the changes have
been successfully imported to the target system.
