  • What causes this issue?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The Archiving Engine uses parallel processing. This means that packages
    are formed on a master server and distributed for processing among the n
    client servers in the RFC server group.
    The master-client connection was terminated for one package due to a
    timeout. A communication error occurred.
    The timeout parameter for dialog work processes was exceeded for the
    current package processed on a client server.

    The aRFC connection was terminated due to a timeout. There is a
    communication error.

    How to fix this error?

    Choose a smaller package size so that the packages can be processed
    completely on the client servers.
    Increase the timeout parameter for dialog work processes.
