What causes this issue?

You can only enter individual values in the conditions for Archive
Routing. Intervals are not permitted. Selection values are those fields
that do not offer multiple selection. This means that entering intervals
or multiple individual values is not permitted. You enter the individual
value in the 'From' field. You have to leave the 'To' field blank for
selection values.

System Response

If you enter a value in the 'To' field of a condition for a selection
value anyway, the system automatically resets the value when you try to
save the condition.

How to fix this error?

Make sure you only use the 'To' field for selection values.
