What causes this issue?

Only a combination of percentage and number of days is allowed. The
following entries are not supported:
Day limit
Entries in "Own explanation"
In group box "Payment terms":
Installment payment
Recurring Entries: Add Terms of Payment from Master Record
Fixed dates and Additional months of terms

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
