    You changed to a temporary packet, even though you were specifically
    warned not to in a previous message.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the packet again, and specify a non-temporary packet. If you do
    not do this, you run the danger of creating inconsistencies in the
    datasets of the query in subsequent system.
