  • What causes this issue?

You tried to rename a user group or functional area in the global query
area. All the query-objects in this query area belong to a packet. The
system recognizes the new name that you have specified for the user
group or functional area, because it has been used in the system
before. The object was stored previously in a temporary packet.
When you rename an object, the system attempts to copy the object you
want to rename from a non-temporary packet to a temporary packet. This
is possible only if all the dependent queries are also contained in a
temporary packet. This is not the case here.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Select a different name for the object that you want to rename.
